Kathy’s lifelong passion for yoga shines through in her classes, workshops and retreats. Originally introduced to Sivananda Yoga, she has studied various styles of yoga and is inspired by both the diversity of the new, and the depth of the more traditional lineages.
She has also studied Children’s Yoga, Yoga Safety, and is a Certified Yoga Instructor.
Kathy offers a gentle yet dynamic approach that embodies the eight limbs of yoga. She shares her yoga with reverence and joy.
